Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ncacademy.in or enrolling in any Northeast Creator Academy ("NCA") course or workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. NCA is operated by Axomize Media, Silchar, Assam.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment

  • Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment (or first EMI installment) is received.
  • You must be 16 years or older to enroll. Students under 18 require parental consent.
  • Seats are limited per batch. Registration does not guarantee enrollment — it is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis after payment.
  • Each enrollment is for one individual. Sharing access credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed via Razorpay. EMI options are available subject to Razorpay's policies.
  • International payments may incur additional bank charges.
  • For any payment issues, contact hello@ncacademy.in within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Refund Policy

Full refund: Available within 7 days of enrollment if requested before the course starts.

Partial refund: 50% refund if requested within 14 days of course start and before completing more than 2 weeks of content.

No refund: After completing 2+ weeks of course content, or after 14 days from course start, whichever comes first.

Free workshops have no associated fee and are non-refundable by nature.

5. Course Delivery

  • NCA courses are delivered via live Zoom sessions. Session schedules are communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Session recordings are made available to enrolled students for a limited period (30 days post-session) for revision purposes.
  • NCA reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to technical issues or instructor unavailability, with at least 24 hours notice.
  • Batch size is limited to 20-30 students to ensure quality interaction.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, videos, presentations, and resources are the intellectual property of NCA / Axomize Media.
  • You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, or sell course materials without prior written consent.
  • Work you create during the course remains your property. NCA may use it for promotional purposes with your permission.

7. Code of Conduct

Enrolled students must:

  • Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
  • Not engage in disruptive behavior during live sessions
  • Not share confidential batch materials or recordings with non-enrolled individuals

Violation of the code of conduct may result in removal from the batch without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

NCA provides education and training. We do not guarantee specific income, job placement, or career outcomes. Results depend on individual effort, practice, and market conditions. NCA's liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

9. Modifications

NCA reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Silchar, Assam.
